The LoBianco family story begins in 1954, when Tony journeyed from Sicily to New York City in search of opportunity. Over the next eight years, he mastered the art of auto repair, married his sweetheart Angela in 1961, and began building both a family and a successful business.
At our restaurant, every dish begins with a commitment to quality. We proudly use imported ingredients that honor true Italian tradition—from rich tomatoes and artisanal cheeses to flour imported from Italy. Our flour is unbleached and unbromated, meaning it’s as pure and natural as possible, free of unnecessary additives. This gives our dough its light, authentic texture while letting the ingredients shine. As a family-owned restaurant, we believe food should be prepared with the same care and honesty we put into our own family meals, and we hope you can taste that dedication every time you join us.
The food was AMAZING!!! We are visiting from out of state and absolutely would suggest stopping here if you have a chance.
One of our DO NOT MISS dining spots when we vacation in Round Top. Top notch quality, quantity, and value. So impressive is how quickly you are seated and served by a most welcoming staff. Great job with the red sauces!!
This place was delicious. Finished a hike and stumbled upon this place. OH Schnitzel this meal was on point ! The pasta portion was huge. The beer was delicious. The service was quick and kind. Will be returning. 10/10
